order/delivery time
In addition to items that are produced on/according to customer requirements, all items listed are in stock in our web shop (subject to prior sale).
The delivery times for items that are produced on/according to customer requirements can be found in the respective offer.
If your order reaches us by 3 p.m. on weekdays, it will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. are processed and confirmed by us on the following working day and weekend orders are processed and confirmed on the following working day.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries within the EU 3-4 days, for all other deliveries abroad within 5 – 10 days after conclusion of the contract ( in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
With the “bank transfer” payment method, the goods are shipped as soon as the full amount of the order has been credited to our account. The delivery times as stated above apply.

If we cannot be reached outside office hours, our shop colleagues in Ulm will be happy to help you from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on +49731-6021812 and write down your request.

Shop pick-up service
You are also welcome to pick up your ordered items from our shop in Ulm.
Please select “Pickup Wonderland 13 Shop Ulm” during the ordering process or send your order by email to order@wonderland13-store.de.
Please send your order at least one working day before your visit so that we can have your goods ready for you. You will also receive a collection confirmation by email as soon as your goods are ready for collection.
