You can of course continue to pay via PayPal, credit card or direct debit. For very urgent orders, we also offer our express service for a surcharge – we also offer you the pick-up of your desired Gothic items in Wonderland 13 Ulm (simply place your order in the shopping cart and mark there that you would like to pick up your purchase directly).
How and how quickly will your new gothic outfit get to you at home?
After you have placed your desired items in the shopping cart in our Gothic Shop, perhaps also entered your discount code or a gift voucher there, you simply select the most convenient payment method for you. Then you complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation from us by email. From this moment your order will be lovingly sorted and packed by us. Sometimes it’s a bit ugh on the outside, but always Hui on the inside! That means – we use all outer packaging and packaging and filling material several times, because environmental protection and recycling are very important to us . We only use plastic from old and leftover stocks, as well as materials from goods deliveries that are already in circulation – only ecologically advantageous packaging materials are reordered. We are busy packing your orders every day and always getting them on their way to you quickly. For orders before 3 p.m. on the same working day, for orders after 3 p.m. on the following working day (except for orders for items that are produced on/according to customer requirements. As soon as your delivery has left our house and been handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive a message from our system with a tracking number and can track when your delivery will arrive and you will have your goods in your hands in no time at all!
