The center panel of the velvet bodice is decorated with a criss-cross velvet ribbon appliqué and is generously embellished with brocade appliqués and flowers. The front is trimmed with Venetian lace on both sides, decorated with black satin bows and topped with a small rosebud. The velvet sleeves have flared lace sleeves below the elbow. The French lace sleeve is gathered by a small black flower and decorated with a wide row of ruffled French lace trimmed with Venetian lace. -
